destruction moving out to unite and rising up to a light heart

From Tragedy Springs Unity

In the aftermath of the recent tragic loss of a young life, I find myself holding both the sorrow of what occurred and the wide range of responses that have followed. Some have voiced anger and division—a natural reaction in such a charged environment. Yet alongside the heartbreak, I also witnessed something extraordinary: people rising above fear, lifting their voices in a call for peace. This contrast reminds us that every moment offers a choice. We can resonate with the lower frequency of blame and separation, or we can align with the higher frequency of compassion and unity. Even in the rawness of grief, there are reminders of our deeper truth, that we are all children of God, and we are here to stand together, not apart.

Spiritual teachers throughout time have told us that life is not random, nor is death. Every soul enters this world with a unique design, a purpose to live out, and key moments that shape their journey. And when it is time to leave, the soul does not exit haphazardly. Every departure is lovingly overseen by spiritual guides and held within the embrace of the Prime Creator. No life is ever wasted. No passing goes unseen.

When events like this shock us, waves of grief, anger, and fear ripple across the collective. Sensitive souls especially feel the heaviness, sometimes wondering how to hold it all. Many of us might sense tension held in the lower chakras, the energy centers connected to safety, stability, and unity. If you’ve been feeling unsettled or heavy in your body, you are not alone.

Here’s a simple practice to help you release and ground:

Take three slow, deep breaths into your belly. Feel your body soften as you exhale. Now imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet deep into the earth. With each breath, allow any heaviness, fear, or tension to flow downward through those roots, where the Earth receives and transforms it into light. Stay here until you feel a sense of steadiness
What begins as tragedy can awaken compassion. What seems like senseless loss can become a catalyst for unity. Even as we mourn, we are asked to reclaim our power, to stand as stabilizing presences in the storm, and to let our inner light ripple outward. This is higher service, holding truth in one hand and compassion in the other.

So as we move through this time, may we remember: we are not powerless. We are not victims of the world’s chaos. We are children of God, eternal souls with the ability to choose unity. By choosing it now, by embodying it, we become living reminders of the unity that is our true nature. And from tragedy, unity is born.

If you’d like to go deeper into this work, this week inside our Master Your Energy series we’ll be focusing on practices to ground, release, and restore flow in the lower chakras. I’d love for you to join us as we continue learning how to turn collective turbulence into personal empowerment and peace.

In harmony,

~Delphine
