energetic blueprint of a person

Define Your Purpose

Most of us spend years searching for purpose as if it’s something hidden out there waiting to be found. It’s as if a job title, a passion, or a single calling will finally make everything click. In coaching, this is a common topic of conversation and the subject of many programs. But let me break it down: purpose isn’t something you find. It’s something you reveal.

Your purpose is the unique energetic blueprint you carried into this lifetime - your soul’s original design. It reveals itself not through searching, but through alignment with the aspects of you that reflect your innate gifts. When you act in harmony with your authentic self, life begins to flow. The people, opportunities, and ideas that match your frequency naturally find their way to you.

I know we say this often, and you might be asking yourself, but how do I do that? Instead of asking, “What should I do?” ask, “Who am I here to be?” Because once you embody that truth, what you do becomes clear.

If you’re feeling uncertain, start here:

Realize it’s already in you. Purpose isn’t waiting, it’s there beneath the noise of daily life, just waiting for you to recognize it.

Reconnect with your gifts. Ask yourself - what comes naturally? What lights you up? What do others appreciate about you? These are hints to the aspects of you that are ready to be more fully activated. For some, that might be creating beauty through art or design. For others, it might be nurturing growth in children or clients, healing through touch or words, protecting the Earth, connecting people, or awakening consciousness through your presence. Purpose doesn’t have to be grand, it just has to be true.

Put it into action. Express your purpose through how you show up, love, create, and serve each day. Maybe that means speaking your truth even when it’s uncomfortable, leading with compassion, doing that creative project, or simply bringing calm where there’s chaos. Every action aligned with your authentic self strengthens your connection to purpose.

This month, let’s explore what happens when purpose stops being a destination and becomes a way of being.  And if you already know your purpose I’d love to hear what it is!

In harmony,

~Delphine
